Members day 2019 started bright but windy. Gusting at times. As the winds dropped the rain arrived torrential at times. The BBMF team did there best to put a display on, starting the engines on the Lancaster, but this was aborted and a 30 minute delay annouced. A short while later it was annouced that the flying had been abandoned as more weather fronts were expected. The BBMF put on a fine day as always just a shame about the weather.
